AEOLIA prepares it's "Nectar of the Gods" via the Lot 338 Shiraz, which matures each vintage on a spectacular parcel of land, isolated by fashioned and natural boundaries on all sides.......

The sea intimately nearby, a northerly aspect, perched at the foot of the Willunga escarpment, the vines bathe in full sunlight, caressed with the clean air of frequent sea and gully breezes, whilst being firmly planted in biodiverse, elevated, rich, rocky, permeated, alluvial clay soil.
All nurtured with respect for the environment, through the combination of best practice, traditional, avant-garde and sustainable vineyard management techniques.
